You will report to the CFO and lead a dynamic finance team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to Taulia's continued growth and success.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial PlanningLong-term strategic planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysisServing as a financial advisor to the executive team for strategic planning purposes.Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.Business Planning and Growth Optimization:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Developing and directing the company's analytical, financial plans, and policies.Developing key financial metrics to measure business and operating unit performancePartnering with senior leaders to ensure the company hits revenue targets.Financial Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Preparing regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Presenting financial performance to the executive team.Financial Operations Oversight:Overseeing all aspects of accounting and accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
